Both shops and customers can send Gripes. When a shop sends a Gripe on behalf of a customer, it's called a refer. Only shops can reply to Gripes (or refers) and only customers can make a purchase on the Gripe platform.
No items or their prices are listed on Gripe, since Gripe is a reverse retail company - people have to disclose their demand first, and only then the shops will reply with pictures and prices of the items they are offering.

Gripe is not the owner of any of the products bought or sold on Gripe. We are only a communication interface between parties. If you are unsatisfied with any product you buy on Gripe, you are free to ask for a Refund (see Refund Policy) and are within your rights to leave the seller a low rating.
The cash amount you pay first comes to Gripe and is then passed on to the shop after deducting Gripe commission, payment gateway & delivery fees.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
When you purchase an item through Gripe, you have a choice of either having the item home delivered (you can either pre pay for the item or opt for cash on delivery) or picking up the item yourself from the shop (in store pick up option, you have to pre-pay for the item, so that the shop does not sell it to someone else). If you choose to have it home delivered, it will be sent to your home address by regular mail, by our delivery partner.
PRIVACY POLICY
Gripe does not share any of your information with any external 3rd parties. However, in future, we may allow 3rd party companies to target you with their discounts, vouchers, coupons and offers in future. For example, an after-shave lotion company may want to offer discounts on their products to those Gripe customers who have bought an electric shaver in the last month (using Gripe). So those customers will see a redeem-able coupon in their Gripe app. This will be done internally through the Gripe app, without giving out your information to any external party. When this feature is introduced (it's not there as of now), each customer will have the option of choosing if he/she wants to be pitched with such offers by other companies or if they want to be kept out of this.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Like all eCommerce platforms, Gripe gives its customers 15 days to return the item, in UNUSED CONDITION, with all tags and labels intact. However, you have to bear the return postage. Also, you can deliver the Unused item to the nearest Gripe Enabled shop. The fulfilling shop has a right to reject the return, if the item is used or damaged) to the nearest shop of the Gripe network.
